Social Media Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage company’s social media accounts.
  • Develop and implement innovative and creative social media strategies.
  • Create and manage the content calendar for various social media platforms.
  • Perform market trend analysis and adapt strategies based on these insights.
  • Oversee and respond to comments and messages on social media.
  • Track and report social media performance using analytical tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Creative, innovative, and possessing a strong understanding of the film industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Preview, etc.).
  • Experience in analyzing data using social media analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements
  1. Passion for Films: We want people passionate about filmmaking and creative content. Your love for this field should inspire your strive for excellence.
  2. For Students and Graduates: Our internship is for college students or those who’ve recently graduated. Unfortunately, high school and vocational high school students can’t apply.
  3. Commit to Six Months: Be ready for a six-month, full-time commitment with our team.
  4. Flexible Work Style: We use a hybrid work model, mixing remote and office work. You’ll need to be adaptable and flexible to succeed in this environment.

  1. Online Registration: 27 November – 8 December 2023.
  2. Interview: 11-14 December 2023.
  3. Announcement: 15 December 2023.
  4. Internship Program: 8 January – 28 June 2023
FAQ
  1. Can I apply if I have weekday classes? Yes, applicants with weekday classes are welcome. Inform us during the interview to arrange your schedule.
  2. Does an interview guarantee selection? No, being interviewed doesn’t guarantee selection. It’s a key part of our selection process.
  3. Can I apply if my major isn’t filmmaking? Yes, we welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds, as long as you have a strong passion for filmmaking and content creation.
  4. Does Studio Antelope provide accommodation? No, we do not provide accommodation for candidates, regardless of their location.
  5. What is the working arrangement at Studio Antelope? We have a hybrid working model combining remote and office work, started in 2022. Interns are expected to follow this model.
  6. Should I submit my CV and portfolio via email? No, there’s no need to send your CV or portfolio by email. Filling out the registration form is enough.
  7. Is there an allowance during the internship? Yes, interns receive an allowance. The specific amount will be communicated to selected candidates later.
