About Films & Initiatives
This short 7-minute film tells a story of two lovebirds who finds a lot of new things from behind the window and ends in a certainty of their feelings.

This initiative is a response to the postponement of film production due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a production company affected, we are moved to keep moving forward. Not only that, through this initiative we also want to invite friends to stay productive by making films together from their respective homes. We want to show that this situation will not limit our creativity to work.

Creative Process
We provide links to our social media followers. With this link, they can send footage of windows in their respective homes. We do not limit the creativity with certain rules, except footage must be related to window, both the situation behind or outside the window. During the 7 day footage collection period, we received 278 window footage from 167 senders.

After looking at the footage, we look for various possible stories. For almost a whole week, Studio Antelope’s internal team exchanged ideas that are closest to each of our experiences. After the story and dialogue script were finished, we invited two talented young actors, Alyssa Abidin and Jourdy Pranata, to play the two characters in this short film. So in other words, all the processes that took around three weeks were fully carried out from our respective homes.

Tentang Film & Inisiatif

Cerita Tentang Jendela adalah film pendek yang bercerita tentang dua sejoli yang sedang bertengkar, tetapi justru menemukan banyak hal baru dari balik jendela dan berujung pada sebuah kepastian akan perasaan mereka.

Inisiatif ini merupakan respon atas penundaan produksi film yang terpaksa dilakukan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Sebagai perusahaan produksi yang terkena dampak tersebut, kami tidak ingin tinggal diam dan tergerak untuk terus berkarya. Tidak hanya itu, lewat inisiatif ini kami juga ingin mengajak teman-teman untuk tetap produktif dengan bikin film bersama dari rumah masing-masing. Kami ingin menunjukan bahwa situasi ini tak akan membatasi kreativitas kami untuk berkarya.

Proses Kreatif

Kami memberikan tautan kepada teman-teman followers Studio Antelope. Dengan tautan tersebut, teman-teman dapat mengirimkan footage jendela di rumah mereka masing-masing. Kami tidak membatasi kreativitas teman-teman dengan aturan tertentu, kecuali footage harus berhubungan dengan jendela, baik situasi dari balik jendela maupun di luar jendela. Selama 7 hari masa pengumpulan footage, kami merima 278 footage jendela dari 167 pengirim.

Setelah melihat footage-footage kiriman teman-teman, kami mencari berbagai kemungkinan cerita. Hampir selama seminggu penuh, tim internal Studio Antelope bertukar pikiran seputar cerita yang paling dekat dengan pengalaman kita masing-masing. Setelah cerita dan naskah dialog selesai dibuat, kami mengajak dua aktor muda berbakat, Alyssa Abidin dan Jourdy Pranata untuk memerankan dua tokoh di film pendek ini. Jadi dengan kata lain, semua proses yang memakan waktu sekitar tiga minggu ini sepenuhnya dikerjakan dari rumah masing-masing.
