UniCornetto: 90 Hari Memendam Rasa

90 Days of Hiding My Feelings is a romantic short film that tells a story about Adit & Rena, a pair of students who fall in love with each other. But unfortunately none of them dared to express their feelings for each other.

This short film collaborates with several parties. In addition to Cornetto (Unilever Indonesia) who was the initiator of this project, we also collaborated with Viddsee Studio (Singapore) as the project’s media company. In addition to promoting Cornetto’s new product, UniCornetto, this short film also captures the essence of the brand itself: don’t try too hard!

To capture that essence, we chose a particular approach. Jason Iskandar, as a director, chose to create a universe of his own. According to him, that’s how people who fall in love: they are like living in their own world. A world where days change, and happiness is as simple as meet your crush each day. Happiness is simple when you are in love.

90 Hari Memendam Rasa adalah film pendek roman yang bercerita tentang Adit & Rena, sepasang mahasiswa yang saling jatuh cinta satu sama lain. Namun sayangnya tak satupun dari mereka berani untuk mengungkapkan perasaannya satu sama lain.

Film pendek ini adalah kolaborasi beberapa pihak. Selain Cornetto (Unilever Indonesia) yang menjadi penggagas proyek ini, kami juga bekerjasama dengan Viddsee Studio (Singapura) sebagai perusahaan media proyek ini. Selain untuk mempromosikan produk baru Cornetto, yaitu UniCornetto, film pendek ini juga menangkap esensi brand itu sendiri, yaitu: don’t try too hard!

Untuk menangkap esensi itu, kami memilih pendekatan khusus. Jason Iskandar, sebagai sutradara, memilih untuk menciptakan sebuah universe sendiri. Menurutnya, begitulah orang yang sedang jatuh cinta: ibarat hidup dalam dunia sendiri. Dunia dimana hari berganti hari, dan kebahagiaan sesederhana berjumpa dengan gebetan setiap hari. Bahagia itu sederhana ketika kita sedang jatuh cinta.
